Nitish Aggarwal
Nitish, ex-EY (worked with its member firm S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP), has a professional experience of approx. 9 years, during which he has served clients globally and across sectors. He is responsible for accounting, assurance and advisory engagements. His assurance and advisory work focuses on value addition. Nitish holds his core in GAAP and Assurance matters, particularly audit under various GAAPs, ICFR (implementation and review), due diligence and internal audit.
Nitish Aggarwal
Nitish, ex-EY (worked with its member firm S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP), has a professional experience of approx. 9 years, during which he has served clients globally and across sectors. He is responsible for accounting, assurance and advisory engagements. His assurance and advisory work focuses on value addition. Nitish holds his core in GAAP and Assurance matters, particularly audit under various GAAPs, ICFR (implementation and review), due diligence and internal audit. He has helped multi-billion enterprises transit to new GAAPs and streamline their processes. He worked for over 5 years in with SR Batliboi & Associates LLP (a member firm of Ernst and Young Global LLP) before founding this firm as a Senior Partner.
He has had a brief stint in the United Kingdom serving a banking client and an accounting service provider client on statutory (PCAOB and IFRS) and SOX engagements. He has authored several articles and facilitated a training workshop for a top tier firm on Ind AS.
Nitish also has a varied experience with various Data Analytics tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Spotfire and MS Excel and has leveraged most of these tools to analyse Loan Portfolio of his NBFC clients
